The school had 3 windows on each side and was heated by a coal heater. The teacher boarded a half mile away at either Fulcher's or Mercer's. The school site was in the N.W. corner of the Peel farm. It was then the Dave Bryce farm, and was later farmed by the Morgan family. The school yard did not have a fence, but had a well-plowed fireguard. The books closed May 24,
1921.
