The majority of Edgar Wood's work is to be
found in three locations. Most of his buildings were constructed
in his home town of Middleton. A cluster of large houses was
built in the Cheshire village of Hale and the third grouping
is to be found in Huddersfield. His buildings in the Huddersfield
