Designed by Ian Simpson, the architect of Urbis and the Beetham Tower, Parkway Gate is residential complex designed to accommodate university students. 


It comprises 728 student bedrooms and 25,750 square feet of commercial and retail space in three tower blocks.  It sits on Chester Street just north of the Mancunian Way.
