This apartment building
on the corner of Oxford Street and Whitworth Street West
has been described as follows, "This is most definately
a block for those that love to be in the hustle and
bustle of the city centre as this is the busiest bus
route in Europe and has many bars, restaurants and
nightclubs within a five minute walk. For convenience
there's a Sainsburys Local underneath the building as
well as a trendy Italian restaurant that has opened
recently."
It was previously the
site of the St Mary's Hospital for Women and Children
which can be seen in the photograph below. In both
photographs you can see the tower of the adjacent Tootal
Broadhurst Building.
