Number 3 St Peter's
Square
 This building site at the junction of
Dickinson Street and Back George Street is to become
Number 3 St Peter's Square described by the Property
Alliance Group as, "... a new 20-storey building
constructed between One and Two St Peters
Square. Designed by Stephenson Studios in
conjunction with Leach Rhodes Walker, the scheme
will comprise a 328-bedroom Motel One on the ground
and eight upper floors, with a 262-room Staycity
Aparthotel above."
  Since the 1970s this site was the location of Peterloo House (see below)    The image below was on display on
Peterloo House in 2013. Looking at the architect
images of the building under construction, it appears
that it is a different development from the one
proposed at that time. An article on the
Construction Index website outlined a plan by AXA Real
Estate for a £50million 7 storey office block on the
site (illustrated below). The building under
construction is instead a 20 storey hotel complex.
