The Memorial Hall

The Memorial Hall was completed in 1866 to a design  by Thomas Worthington.  Pevsner describes it as "brick and stone and decidedly Venetian Gothic with ranges of traceried windows lighting the hall on the topmost floor."

The Memorial being recognized by the hall was the secession of Nonconformist clergy in 1662.

When I took the image below in May of 2014, the hall was home to the Albert Square Chop House.
