An article on the "businessdesk.com" website in June of 2014 announced that CBRE Global Investors planned a £4.5m refurbishment of this office building at 55 Spring Gardens.  They appointed the Manchester-based Fletcher Rae Architects and interior fit out company Space Invaders to carry out the work.  Among the modifications were a new entrance and facade.  The image above, taken in November of 2015, show the result of that work.  Below are two images of the building prior to the refurbishment.
