Princess Street 73 - 75 Princess Street
sits on the corner with Cooper Street. This Grade
II listed building was built in the 1870s of red bricks
banded by blue. The windows on each floor are of a
different style. Today the ground floor is
occupied by the Blue Arrow recruitment agency. In
the 1970s it was home to Watson Prickard, a mensware
retailer, who still trade in the Merseyside area.
