80 Mosley Street occupies the corner of Mosley Street and Princess Street.  It claims that it: "provides self contained floors and the office space benefits from a modern specification with high quality finishes."  The building comprises a nine storey office block with cafe operators, Cafe Nero & Georgio 1 Deli, on the ground floor.  What you see in 2010 is actually the result of a refurbishment by Robinson Architects.  The refurbishment involved " .... an exterior strip back to the existing primary structure (concrete frame) to allow a complete face lift in terms of the buildings appearance, while also increasing the overall height of the building by an extra four storeys"
