Norvic House is a former 1960/70s office building on the corner of Hilton Street and Oxford Street.  It is now a mixed use buiklding with retail units at street level and apartments above.

Apparently, the mosaic image on the front of the building is of Mark Kennedy the artist responsible for numerous public mosaics distributed around the Norther Quarter.
