The latest addition to Manchester's Spinningfields development is this building on Hardman Street that will be the new home of MediaCom, who describe themselves as, "...one of the world's leading media agencies. ...  We plan and buy media for some of the largest advertisers."

In an article in the Manchester Evening News on July 11, 2013, Paul Wheeler, chief operating officer of MediaCom North Group was quoted as saying that, "... Number 1 Hardman Street represents the next stage in our mission to attract the very best staff and to be the best agency to work, in Manchester and the north. ... We’ve got really exciting plans for the building’s interior design and can’t wait to see our vision become a reality over the coming months.”  The building was designed by the architectural practice of Levitt Bernstein Associates.
