When you look down Byrom Street from Quay Street, 3 Hardman Street dominates the view.  This 16 storey office block offers 350,000 sq ft of accommodation on floorplates that vary from 10,000 sq ft to 35,000 sq ft.  It stands on "The Street" a tree lined street running from Deansgate to the Irwell and home to some prestigeous retail shops.  It was designed by the architectural practice of Sheppard Robson
