Ducie
House - Peak Street and Ducie Street
 Urban Splash say that
Ducie House was their first commercial scheme in
Manchester . It offers, "highly
flexible work solutions for companies' needs - large
and small, short and long-term. Ducie House
has an eclectic mix of exciting and innovative
tenants." The building is a former
textile factory and warehouse. The plan below,
based on one drawn in 1928, shows the occupants at
that time.
