Square One is a former Parcelforce depot that stood derelict and disused for over ten years.  It was bought by Bruntwood, the commercial property company, in 2002. Since then the firm has spent more than £11m refurbishing the former parcels depot.  Today the building is occupied by Network Rail on a 15 year lease.  One of the attractions for Network Rail has to be the proximity of the building to Piccadilly Station.
