Riverside Apartments The Quantum Riverside
Apartments are infact canalside apartments adjacent to
the Ashton Canal near Great Ancounts Street and
Chapeltown Street. The Rightmove website says this
about the Quantum Riverside Apartments, "Quantum

I first spotted it in
August of 2009 when site preparation was underway.
    On June 6, 2010 it appeared as if the finishing touches were being added, including landscaping.     ********************* Prior to this
redevelopment this location on Chapeltown Street was a
vacant brownfield site. A 1928 map of the area
though shows that it was home to a bacon warehouse, a
garage and a finishing works.
