Designed by Charles Heathcote in 1899, this building was a warehouse linked to the building seen above on the left.  The main office building, which fronts on to Piccadilly, was once the home of Horrocks the garment manufacturer.  This matching, if somewhat plainer, building was converted into apartments in 2001.
