 Number 101 Princess
Street is a Grade II listed former warehouse designed
by the architectural practice of Clegg & Knowles
and built in 1863. The map of the area in 1886
indicated that the building was the shipping warehouse
of Lyon Lord and Co. The 1927 Directory of
Manchester and Salford listed Myer Jaffé and Sons
Limited, shipping merchants, as the residents.
In January of 2011, it is To Let as offices of various
sizes.
