Companies House - 75 Mosley Street This building on the
corner of Mosley Street and Nicholas Street was built in
1964 - 66 for the Commercial Union Assurance. It
was designed by H. A. J. Darlow of Watney Eiloart Inman
& Nunn. A six-storey tower rises above a
podium that is set back from Mosley Street.
    In March of 2017, this building and the one next door were wrapped.  This is an office conversion scheme
that will combine the buildings into one single
address. It involves the refurbishment of 75
Mosley Street and the remodelling of the façade of 73
Mosley Street. The plan will provide the unified
offices with a new central reception and a roof top
extension.
