This modernist, arguably brutalist, office building is located midway between Charlotte Street and Nicholas Street on the south side of Mosley Street.  It is home to, among others, the Bank of China.

This is an office conversion scheme that will combine the buildings into one single address.  It involves the refurbishment of 75 Mosley Street and the remodelling of the façade of 73 Mosley Street.  The plan will provide the unified offices with a new central reception and a roof top extension.
