One Piccadilly
Gardens
![]() The building that
was controversially built on the southern end of
what was Piccadilly Gardens. The building's
web site describes it thus:
"The main office
entrance opens out, from the new arcade, into an
impressive double height main reception. An
additional self-contained reception could be
provided on the ground floor accessible either from
Portland Street or opposite the main office
entrance.
![]() The stunning atrium, from first floor up allows excellent natural light to penetrate deep into the 27,000 sq ft floorplates, which are arranged over six upper floors. ![]() These typical floors can easily accommodate up to 300 employees. The atrium could also provide a further self-contained reception, if required. The central core has four passenger lifts, separate male and female toilets and a disabled toilet with shower facilities. A further lift is supplied at both ends of each floor." ![]() ![]() |
