One Piccadilly Gardens

The building that was controversially built on the southern end of what was Piccadilly Gardens.  The building's web site describes it thus:

"The main office entrance opens out, from the new arcade, into an impressive double height main reception. An additional self-contained reception could be provided on the ground floor accessible either from Portland Street or opposite the main office entrance.

The stunning atrium, from first floor up allows excellent natural light to penetrate deep into the 27,000 sq ft floorplates, which are arranged over six upper floors.

These typical floors can easily accommodate up to 300 employees. The atrium could also provide a further self-contained reception, if required. The central core has four passenger lifts, separate male and female toilets and a disabled toilet with shower facilities. A further lift is supplied at both ends of each floor."
