Behind the University of Manchester's Sackville Street Building is a statue dedicated to VIMTO the fruit drink created and produced in Manchester.  The statue depicts a bottle of Vimto surrounded by the fruits and spices used in its production.  The statue, made of stained oak, was created by Kerry Morrison in 1992.
