The architects of this complex of student accommodation describe it as, "... consisting of 8 semi-detached three-storey dwellings. The units are separated into four blocks of two units and are orientated to directly respond to the line of existing terraces, creating a visual termination. The semi-detached arrangement creates a sense of permeability through the development allowing a visual link to the listed Addison Terrace to the rear."



The buildings occupy what was once the gardens of the houses of Addison Terrace (indicated by the red arrow on the image below) on Daisy Bank Road.
