The Schuster Building was designed by H. M Fairhurst.  It is home to the Blackett Lecture Theatre, the Braddick Library, the Bragg Lecture Theatre, the Moseley Lecture Theatre, the Physics and Astronomy Department and the Rutherford Lecture Theatre.  The octagonal building, in the foreground above, is a lecture theatre.  The sculpture on the top of the copper roof was created by Michael Piper.
