The Town Hall Tavern is located on Tibb Lane.  The Manchester Bar Review web site says of the Town Hall Tavern, "The Town Hall Tavern is a small, quaint, traditional pub round the back of the impressive Manchester Town Hall. You can expect to see a mixture of clientele both young and old, workers, social drinkers, groups big and small. The Town Hall Tavern has lots of little nooks and crannies, a nice selection of real ales on tap, some continental ales, a rather nice selection of whiskies and they do a good range of pub snacks at very reasonable prices."
