Timber Wharf was the first Urban Splash development that was built from scratch.  This primarily residential building complex sits beside the Bridgewater Canal near the Mancunian Way.  The building was designed by the architectural practice of Glenn Howells.  It comprises 181 penthouses, apartments and live/work spaces.
