This 11 storey apartment complex provides 282 one-bedroom apartments and 8 two-bedroomed apartments.  The building was designed by Building Design Partnership and is composed of four tower blocks surrounding an internal courtyard which has a canopy.  The Key Properties web site says this of the apartments: "The apartments are designed around a central "pod" which contains a luxurious bathroom with bath and shower, Fully Integrated kitchen and large storage space. The bedroom area is situated to the back of the "pod" and comes complete with a clever fold away double bed and ample storage space, to the front of the "pod" there is a spacious living/dining area enhanced by floor to ceiling windows and a large balcony."  Each of the one-bedroom apartments has a floorspace of 32.2 square metres.
