Across from the Albert Hall in Peter Street is the Fourth Church of Christ Scientist. Built in 1950 this Portland stone office building was once a car showroom. Today it is a Christian Science Church occupying the basement and two floors of the building. Inside there is a double height auditorium rising from the basement and a Christian Science Reading Room.
