A group of four cottages on Broad Street in the Rhodes area of Middleton near the North Manchester Golf Course. There are a number of unpretentious houses in Middleton that were designed by Wood which nevertheless have interesting symetry and unusual features like the corner bays and the u-shaped configuration seen here. These Broad Street cottages were built in 1899.
