The Landessports Centre is one of a number of sports related venues on the Olympiaworld site in Innsbruck, the site of the 1964 and 1972 Winter Olympics.  The images on the windows of the centre give a clue to the facilities inside.  Within are: a fully-equipped weights room; a multifunctional gymnasium (26x42m) with courts for all common indoor sports; Fencing track and training facilities; and an indoor 6 lane 25m swimming pool.

The Center also includes a hotel with 32 rooms designed to offer a perfect atmosphere to recover, from exhausting training sessions, or extensive sightseeing. It is centrally located and open to everyone - not differentiating between professional sportmen, beginners or city tourists.
