The Innsbruck Congress was rated the World's Best Convention Center in 2001.  The town's modern congress center, Innsbruck Congress, is literally on the banks of the Inn and within easy walking distance from the charming Old Town. Built in 1973 and fully refurbished in 1995, the center has 12 rooms ranging from 45 to 2,300 square meters in area and three plenary halls.
