DMWR’s website says that Moonrakers Point comprises, “… a triangular building of ten storeys with 127 self-contained single occupancy student studio units above 718 sq meters of commercial space at ground and mezzanine levels.....  The second is an eight-storey building with three split level rooftop pods create eighty four student apartments known as cluster flats, containing 543 single bedrooms and one self-contained single occupancy student studio unit above.  With 1,512 sq meters of commercial space at ground and basement levels this is an integrated delivery project.  The basement area provides fifteen disabled parking spaces and 362 cycle spaces, sixty four visitor cycle spaces outside the main building, additional commercial space, storage and plant areas.”  Owned by UNITE, Moonraker Point provides student accommodation for Kings College London.
