The Inovo
Building was the first development on
Glasgow's International Technology and
Renewable Energy Zone (ITREZ). This
£10m building belongs to Scottish
Enterprise and is designed to encourage
partnerships between companies within the
renewable energy industry. To that
end the architect's say that its, "...
communal areas, business lounge and
meeting rooms will act as a hub for
information sharing and
collaboration.". The
building was the first in Glasgow to
achieve an "A" Energy Performance
Certificate.  |
