Description
This building, on the corner of Bolsover Street and Greenwell Street in Fitzrovia, is a truly mixed use development.  It combines the outpatient department of the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital with both luxury and affordable housing, and offices.

The RNOH believe that their new outpatient facility in this building, “... offers modern healthcare facilities for patients, which include clinics, imaging - both X-ray and ultrasound, orthotics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, pre-operative assessment and plaster services.”  Adding that it also improves, “...  the experience for children by creating a large play area with lots of space, a child friendly appearance and facilities such as seating specifically for the children who visit. We will also have the support of a play specialist on specific paediatric clinic days.”  The clinic provides, “...  a nice café area where you can have a light meal or hot drink (and gives you) ... freedom to move around the building and enjoy the artwork or use the visitor computers on each floor. “

Reflecting on the luxury apartment aspect of the development, the Fitzrovia Apartments website explains that, “... In its final phase, the 11 premium apartments and four penthouses are unveiled. Occupying the most desirable and elevated positions, offering a superior specification - upgraded to reflect their status - and with many opening onto unrivalled outside living space, these apartments offer the ultimate living experience in W1.”
