The Southbank Place website says of this part of the redevelopment of the Shell Centre on London's Southbank, "... Designed by Squire & Partners, Thirty Casson Square, a new address on London’s bustling South Bank, will comprise of studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, together with a collection of signature penthouses. Designed over 29 levels, it is perfectly positioned to enjoy breathtaking views across the new public square, the River Thames, Westminster and the City."



The architect says of the development that it comprises, "... two residential towers being developed as part of the Southbank Place masterplan which overlooks Jubilee Gardens, the London Eye and the River Thames. Rising to 30 and 37 storeys respectively, the two towers are the tallest elements within Southbank Place. Designed as a pair, One and Thirty Casson Square share a palette of stone, glass and bronze to express a simple structural grid within which balconies pinwheel around the facades, positioned to exploit views of the river."
