of the development that it comprises, "...
two residential towers being
developed as part of the Southbank
Place masterplan which overlooks
Jubilee Gardens, the London Eye and
the River Thames.
Rising to 30 and 37 storeys
respectively, the two towers are the
tallest elements within Southbank
Place. Designed as a pair, One and
Thirty Casson Square share a palette
of stone, glass and bronze to
express a simple structural grid
within which balconies pinwheel
around the facades, positioned to
exploit views of the river."
