This
building occupies a triangular site defined
by New Fetter Lane, Fetter Lane and Plough
Place. Doone Silver Architects
describe it as, "... an innovative 15
storey building located on the
western fringe of the City of
London. .... At ground floor, a tall
single storey level includes the main
entrance, retail accommodation and
service bay. 12 floors of Category A
office accommodation are located
above, and a basement level provides
plant, storage and cycle parking."  Flanagan Lawrence add
that, "... The
dynamic form of the building offers
street vistas with changing skylines
that will captivate interest when
viewed from the surrounding streets.
The building will become a
recognised landmark and make a
distinctive new addition to the
Midtown district."
