Description |

Arup Associates describe the
building as, "... a
simplified Chinese Puzzle where the sum
of the parts defines the whole.
The building is composed of six
large-scale interlocking cubic forms
that rise up as a series of garden
terraces." There are
terraces on levels 8, 12, 16 and 20.
As to the exterior, Arup add that, "Groups of projecting windows
form an overlaid pattern of differential
reflection and shadow across the
exterior, interlaced with flat, glazed
spandrel-panel zones." |
