The Princes Exchange building sits on Princes Square behind Leeds Central Station and forms part of the £18m regeneration of that area.  The architect's website says of it that, "...  The dramatic architectural form was driven by the shape of the building plot and, more specifically, the river that runs beneath it; the line of which generated the acutely angled wing overlooking the entrance to the station – welcoming visitors and commuters to Leeds."
