The Parliament View apartment block sits at the corner of Albert Embankment and Lambeth Road overlooking Lambeth Bridge. It is within the Lambeth Palace Conservation Area. The architect's website says of it that, "The form and style of the proposals found immediate favour with The Royal Fine Art Commission, English Heritage, and the Local Planning Authority, leading to a successful planning application." They add that the design, "... maximises the frontage to the Thames, particularly overlooking the Houses of Parliament, creating an added value unique to this site."
