BUJ Architects describe the hotel as a, "... landmark project located next to Waterloo International Station with 396 guestrooms and studio suites arranged over 15 floors. It is a contemporary 4 star business/leisure hotel which also has restaurants, leisure and business facilities." ... "Externally, the north block, reflects the neighbouring Eurostar Station (which has of course now moved to St. Pancras) with a homogenous glazed facada. Whereas the southern block, which faces the Grade II Listed County Hall complex, is a sympathetic medley of interlocking stone facets, glass windows and balconies." The building also features a central atrium that rises the full height of the building.
