Description

One Wood Street is a mixed-use building
developed by Land Securities in 2007 as a
new headquarters for the international law
firm Eversheds. In addition to the office
space for Eversheds, the ground floor
retail units were also pre-let to major
high street brands, Jaeger and Ted
Baker. The
building was designed by Fletcher Priest
Architects who say that, “The
scheme includes one of the largest
green roofs in the City. The façades
and massing respond to the site. A
formal Portland stone frontage on
Cheapside, the City's historic high
street, is punctuated by deep set
glazing to emphasise solidity when
viewed obliquely.”
