description of One Tudor Street, "Located
within a conservation area and within
the St Paul’s Heights zone, the six
storey office development replaces an
existing building which made poor use of
the site. In terms of scale, the scheme
responds to its context, which includes
a number of listed buildings, and makes
a positive contribution to the street
scene, with a fully glazed double-height
lobby and feature wall guiding visitors
into the reception area. Full height
glazing is a key feature of the highly
refined facade designs, which contribute
positively to the conservation area." |
