Description
Helmut Jahn's Neues Kranzler Eck building points like the prow of an ocean liner towards the Ku'Damm and towers over the nearby historic Café Kransler. The building comprises office space as well as a 4-star hotel, a fitness centre, retail units and a bird garden featuring two aviaries that are home to a collection of exotic birds. The floors of the building in the transparent "prow" have an elaborate lighting system that creates a light show at night with the floors going through a sequence of different colours.
