Description
|
This
building, with its dramatic spiral
walkway, is a modern extension to the
Deutsches Historisches
Museum. It was designed by the
Japanese/American architect I. M. Pei who
was famously responsible for the pyramids
at the Louvre in Paris. This new
exhibition space is known as the
Pei-Building and it is connected to the
original building by a pedestrian tunnel.
