The architects describe this
apartment building on Temple Quay as, "...
a slender, elegant building that
changes appearance as one moves along
the river frontage. The ground
floor connection with the public realm
includes a fully glazed
cafe/restaurant space giving the
impression that the structure hovers
over the landscape..." The 13-storey
building contains 72 apartments but
when I took these photographs in
January of 2014 the cafe/restaurant
space was unoccupied.
