A large mixed use complex that fronts onto Victoria Street.  It comprises some offices in two buildings as well as retail and restaurant spaces. It features a double height first floor concourse and a roof garden. Cardinal Place's website says that,  "With quality shops, lively cafés and a roof garden with a restaurant and an art gallery, Cardinal Place is the heart and soul of Victoria, situated on Victoria St."
