150 Cheapside features eight floors of office space above five ground-floor retail spaces.  The architects say that, located as it is, "... opposite St Paul's Cathedral (it) fully respects the historic architecture and urban grain which surrounds it, whilst making a powerful contemporary design statement in its own right."
