Description
The history of Brindley Place documents its transformation from an "industrial wasteland" to a thriving mixed development.  It describes Three Brindley Place as a, " ... classically designed seven storey building ... This striking red brick building, with stone columns forming the front colonnades, feature banding and window surrounds together with a clock tower, is now a recognised city centre landmark."  The building features a central atrium and an attractive clock tower that has become a local landmark.  The Birmingham Pevsner describes the building as, " ... The most classical design, its seven storeys ingeniously fitted in."  They add that the colonnade that faces the square hints at, " ... Gothic and Romanesque," in terms of style.
