Description |
|
This beautiful building on the
corner of London Wall and Old Broad
Street is home to Deutsche Bank.
In a style that reminds me of Art Deco
this building has a concrete frame clad
in French limestone panels.
The windows have black anodized aluminium
frames and the contrasting black is
continued in ornamental ironwork. SHCA's website says that the building, " .. contains 44,600 sq m (480,000 sq ft) of trading floors, high quality offices and retail at ground floor. .... The 44,600 sq m building responds to the multiple needs of a large financial organisation by providing nearly column-free office floors. Included in the project are three trading floors which are capable of accommodating up to 600 dealers per floor." |
