Description
The Bank Center building in central Budapest occupies a block defined by Szabadság tér, Hercegprimas St, Arany Janos St and Sas St.  This postmodern building, designed by the practice of József Finta and Partners, was one of the first substantial office buildings of the post-communist era.  As its name implies, most of the occupants are banks including Citibank Europe, OTP Bank and the Bank of China.

A walkway bisects the building and a central courtyard is open to the sky.  In essence it is composed of four towers arranged around this courtyard.  The building is clad in marble, granite and glass.
