This rather spectacular circular, eight-storey, car park is designed to provide parking to the shoppers of the Eldon Square Shopping Mall in Newcastle-upon-Tyne.  The building is also a spiral ramp for vehicles to reach the bridge at the top that links it to the rooftop parking deck on the northern section of the shopping mall.
